2005: Wireless Works secures Fulfillment contract
with national retail chain
Wireless Works secured its largest fulfillment contract
to provide order fulfillment and distribution services
to a national retail chain with a distribution of more
than 100 retail stores. Under terms of the outsourcing
contract, Wireless Works will assume full responsibility
for procurement, warehousing inventory, as well as drop-ship
fulfillment to all retail stores.

2004: Wireless Works secures Fulfillment contract
with MVNO
Wireless Works secured a fulfillment contract to provide
order fulfillment and distribution services of new and
refurbished handsets to a national MVNO, with a distribution
of more than 1000 dealers/agents. Under terms of the
outsourcing contract, Wireless Works will assume full
responsibility for producing refurbished handsets, flashing/programming
to specifications, warehousing inventory, as well as
drop-ship fulfillment to dealers/agents.

2004: Wireless Works moves into new headquarters
facility
Wireless Works moved into its new headquarters in Sugar
Land, Texas. A custom-built, 42,000 square foot building,
the facility will house Wireless Works’ central
distribution center and the Houston repair center, in
addition to providing ample office space for corporate
staff.
June
2004: Wireless Works approved as Authorized
Service Center for Motorola, Nokia, Sony Ericsson
Wireless Works successfully completed the application
and certification process with Motorola, Nokia, and
Sony Ericsson, to be recognized as a Level 3 Authorized
Service Center. The certification allows Wireless Works
to perform component and board-level warranty repairs
on all handsets manufactured by the OEMs.
